I mean, words can’t even describe how happy I am about every single aspect of this purchase. The material and quality of the hats is unmatched. I’ve got a giant noggin and it fits me without issue. Heather is a fount of kindness and joy. The “Pay What You Can” system is so very helpful in today’s economy. I don’t know that in my 42 years on this earth I have ever felt valued as a customer, but I believe this company does value me. They celebrated with my wife and I over our daughter, they were gentle with our hope and fear, and they followed through with continuing to show that same level of care after I made this purchase. Amazing hat! I bought my toddler the same hat a while ago and am so happy we can now match! First of all, their kid sizes actually fit toddlers! Having the same hat as papa has made him love wearing his even more.
