PROCESSING TIME

Most orders leave our warehouse same-day or within 1-2 business days.

If you choose an Express shipping rate (FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2-Day) we will always do our best to prioritize your order, and get it shipped as quickly as possible.

All processing and delivery times are estimates only - we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding if your order is delayed.

Our shipping takes place Monday thru Friday - any orders placed over the weekend or after our daily package pickup will be shipped in the order received.

DELIVERY TIME

If you choose a shipping option that has a quoted time like "FedEx Overnight (1 Day)", please be aware that it's referring to the transit time only - we still need time to pack & ship your order (see above).

Quoted transit times are estimates only - expedited methods like FedEx 2-Day are pretty reliable in their delivery times (hence the cost), but even the carriers don't consider them to be guarantees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When receiving an international order, your package will need to pass through Customs in your country, and taxes and duties need to be collected to receive the package.

There are two ways to ship an International package:

1. You pay the taxes and duties upfront, and it's included in your shipping cost
2. You pay the taxes and duties when your order arrives

We offer a shipping service called Passport Shipping, which calculates and includes the duties and taxes into the postage rate. If you choose Passport Shipping, all taxes and duties will be paid at checkout, and no additional cost or paperwork will be needed.

If you choose another carrier like USPS that doesn't explicitly state that taxes and duties are included, please know that you'll be required to pay those taxes and duties when you receive the package.

Does Passport cost more? No, since the taxes are calculated in real-time by Passport, there shouldn't be no difference between the amount you would pay if you paid on receipt. It's simply a matter of convenience, and Passport typically offers the best cost postage rates as well, so it's a win-win if it's available to you as a carrier.

Note: Passport isn't available in every country, so if you don't see it as an option during checkout then you will need to choose another carrier, and you will need to pay the duties and taxes when the package arrives.

PRE-ORDERS / BACKORDERS

We offer the ability to pre-order some items on our site when they are not yet in stock. If an item you are purchasing isn't currently in stock, you'll see a note on the product page that shows the estimated ship date, and the button should say PREORDER instead of Add To Cart.

We aren't able to split-ship your orders into multiple shipments - so if you are ordering an item that isn't currently in stock along with other items that are, your order won't ship until all items are in stock. We recommend placing separate orders if you want to receive the in-stock items without delay.

Please note that Ship Dates are estimates only with preorders, and the products may arrive later (or sooner) than our initial estimate. You can always contact us to change or cancel a preorder at any time before it ships.
