I really love this blanket much more than I thought I was going to. Looking up the word cascade, it refers to water. However, when I look at the blanket, the colors and design brings me back to Southwestern influence with the turquoise of the sky and the browns and blacks of the desert and mountains. I have the Horizon blanket with similar colors, turquoise for the center Horizon surrounded by rust brown with dark brown/black at the edges. Absolutely beautiful and I'm very happy with them. Horizon has become so soft with use and Cascade is starting to get there. I also have a peace blanket that I received when I chose to order the "mystery" blanket. I like it just fine but I do favor the other two because of the colors and designs!
