I mean, words can’t even describe how happy I am about every single aspect of this purchase. The material and quality of the hats is unmatched. I’ve got a giant noggin and it fits me without issue. Heather is a fount of kindness and joy. The “Pay What You Can” system is so very helpful in today’s economy. I don’t know that in my 42 years on this earth I have ever felt valued as a customer, but I believe this company does value me. They celebrated with my wife and I over our daughter, they were gentle with our hope and fear, and they followed through with continuing to show that same level of care after I made this purchase.
