The hat is super cute, but the fabric is thin and puckers in odd places when worn. Unfortunately, the puckering makes the hat look awkward and takes away from its overall appearance.
It had NOTHING to do with the quality,it wasn't the size I thought it would be.

It’s Super Cute but not so much on me. If your hair is big and so is your head you may not like how it looks on you. The hat look and design are Fab. Fit not so much for us bigger hair and head folk. We need those Otto hats(in this design!!)IYKYK Stellar Service!! 🤩
I pre-ordered this hat and received it within a few weeks. It’s super cute but not made for adults with regular sized heads. It’s very low profile.
I reached out to the company and wasn’t offered / allowed to return for a refund. They just thanked me for my feedback.
I tried to give it away but the hat didn’t fit any adults in my family (husband, brother, sister, in-laws).
It kind of fit my nephew, he’s 10. And looked very cute on my 5yr old niece. No one wanted to keep it.
The fit, the style, the fit… 10/10
